Joana Dorwuona-Tettey, M.D., earned her degree in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Science and Technology in Ghana. Dr. Dorwuona-Tettey completed her residency in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Ghana Medical School, as well as Columbia University Medical Center’s Residency Program at Harlem Hospital Center in New York. The Harlem Hospital Center included a Level I Trauma Center, designated Stroke Center, Bariatric Center of Excellence, Breast Imaging Center of Excellence and much more. Harlem Hospital Center has a successful tradition of training dentists, physicians, and surgeons.
