Amber Finlayson, Registered Ultrasound Technologist, is the face that welcomes you at your baby’s Ultrasound appointment at Albany Area Primary Health Care. She’s an integral part of our Women’s Health Centers and ensures that each patient has an excellent patient experience. Amber is with you as you see your baby’s face—and even learn the gender—that very first time. With her 15 years of expertise and caring demeanor, Amber is the perfect fit for all of our patients!

Amber was born at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and grew up on a farm in Worthy County. She graduated from Worth County High School and attended Darton College. She currently lives in Sasser with her husband, two children, one dog, one cat and three chickens. Amber lives on a small piece of land and enjoys farm fresh eggs and vegetables, which she picks from her summer and winter garden.

She also enjoys being outside and watching her children do what they love whether that is gymnastics, ninja, riding the golf cart, playing with tractors or pretending to hunt.
